Step 2: Provide Basic Demographic Information

Fill out a brief form with your basic details, including:

Date of Birth
Address
Phone Number
Email Address

Ensure all information is accurate, as this will help us provide the best possible service.

Step 3: Give us a call or text ‪(704) 237-0701‬ .

We will make sure you have everything you need to see your provider. If your texting us make sure to include your name and DOB

Step 5: Make a payment. If you have not done so please use one of the options to make your payment.

Step 6: If you have any questions reach out to us.
They will help answer any questions you have and go over the program with you.

Step 7: Meet your provider and come up with a medication plan.
Have your first virtual appointment with one of our experienced providers.

Step 8: Receive your prescription
After your video session, your provider will send your prescription directly to your chosen pharmacy. Prescriptions are typically processed within 24 hours.
